We understand that it can be quite a distressing decision to make, and that’s why our sensitively trained staff are always on hand to answer any questions you might have about choosing the right coffin or casket.

From opulent styles to the most simple, we have a wide range of coffins and caskets to choose from, including sustainable coffins for the environmentally conscious. All our coffins and caskets are suitable for cremation or burial.

Making it special

Many bereaved families take great comfort from placing personal items in the coffin with the person who has passed away, such as photographs or letters. While we place no restriction on what you place in the coffin or casket while it is in our case, there are restrictions placed by crematoria, such as objects of glass or metal. Where appropriate we will advise you.

Carrying the coffin

We will always supply bearers to carry the coffin, but you may wish for family, friends or other loved ones to be bearers of the coffin or casket instead.

Clothing

While it is usually acceptable for the person who has died to be dressed in their own clothing, there are certain materials that are restricted when cremation is to take place. Speak to us if you wish to provide the clothing for the deceased and we can advise accordingly. We can also supply a range of dressing or suiting robes that are acceptable to the relevant authorities.
